We are looking for a Ruby developer to help build great web apps. A breadth of skills is as important as a deep knowledge of a particular language, and we will accept applications from developers with good coding experience even if it's not in Ruby. If you are primarily a Ruby developer, you must also have experience in one of: Java, C, C++ or C#.
